GP Leaders Threaten To Refuse Treatment

GP leaders have threatened to refuse treatment of patients if the British public continue to demand face to face appointments.

They have used the NHS as a shield to claim that if patients and taxpayers get what they want, then doctors will stop working and leave the sector.

This comes as Health Secretary Sajid Javid has reminded them of their professional oath, saying that if healthcare is a public right then the British people deserve to receive the service they pay for.
