Amanda Milling has been sacked as Tory Party Chair by Boris Johnson.
Milling was a loyal supporter of Boris Johnson since the 2016 EU Referendum.
However, she did not manage to convince all party members to back her in the role of chairman.
Following her sacking, Amanda Milling said, “It’s been a privilege and an honour to be the Co-Chairman of the Conservative Party. Thank you to the voluntary party and the team at CCHQ for their support. Thank you to Boris Johnson for this opportunity. I will continue working to deliver on our plans to level up the UK.”
